The song’s lyrics describe a man who has been trying to let his lover know how he feels for a long time and is asking for one more night to make her see. The song entered the Billboard Hot 100 at number 50 on the chart dated 9 February 1985. The official music video for the song was directed by Jim Yukich and produced by Paul Flattery. The song has been remastered and re-released in 2016.
